Media Traffic is committed to the success of its advertisers and now offers optimization for each and every campaign - a first in the advertising industry.
As of October 9th, 2009, all new or changed campaigns are automatically reviewed by your account manager 48 hours after they have received traffic. If any improvements can be made, you will be notified by email and also on your next login. Click on 'Campaign Optimization' to see a list of suggested changes. You can review and choose to accept or reject your account manager's suggestions with the exception of exclusions - these are automatically added to your campaign.

As of October 9th, 2009, MediaTraffic has an improved FAQ system. Now you can enter your questions and search our knowledgebase for the answers you need.
We will soon integrate FAQs into our customer inquiries. As you type your inquiry, we will show you entries from our knowledgebase that corresponds to your inquiry.
Please try it out and give us your feedback. If you find questions that are not answered, use the FAQ system to ask. We will answer your question and add it to the knowledgebase.
